"We had a great stay. The house was welcoming, cozy and looked exactly like the photos. Everything we needed to know was outlined in a book left on the table. Communication with Dan was prompt and courteous. Everything we needed for the kitchen, bathroom and even a snow shovel and ice melt were available. It really was a great spot. "

"The home is comfortable…the basement, which is not completely finished…was loaded w spider webs which was a concern..the washer and dryer were there…we paid for 11 nights and were out of common supplies after 3.. owner told us they only supply for a long weekend..would have liked that to have known that prior to renting..we had to shop for supplies..beds were very comfortable, tv selection was great..location was great..but on a busy street so getting to sleep took a minute! Kitchen was well equipped..communication w host was great.."

We were lucky to have stayed for the whole summer, May through September, and it was such a wonderful place to land that had all the comforts of home, and then some! The location is beautiful, set in cozy Oceanside neighborhood with direct access to the water. Close by trails, and downtown Branford is lovely. Tony was so supportive- Always available, quick to help resolve any issues we had. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better experience."
