"Nicht nur, dassxeinem der Automat den Zimmerschlüssel vor die Füße wirft, die Zimmer waren schmutzig, der Fußboden klebrig, in der Toilette waren die Überreste des Vorgängers, die Bettwäsche war fleckig und mit Haaren gespickt... Letztendlich haben wir keine halbe Stunde nach dem Einchecken wieder ausgecheckt. Personal war keines vor Ort, so dass eine "Nachreinigung" drr Zommer nicht geleistet bzw. erst far nicht gefordert werden konnte. Auf mehrere Emails an das "Hotel" haben wir keinerlei...

"Great house, comfortable and spacious with good facilities for a self catering holiday. The house is very centrally located for shops and restaurants. Siegburg is a lovely little town, with nice shops and a good choice of restaurants. There is also woodland and off road paths for dog walking close by. The property manager was very responsive to dealing with a couple of minor problems we had at the beginning of the stay. Overall recommend this property and location. "

"Alles da was man braucht und auch in sehr gutem Zustand. Als Highlight eine Espresso Maschine.Funktioniert alles. Klar, ist das zu dem Preis keine Neubauwohnung aber das wussten wir vorher. Vermieterin nett und Hilfsbereit. Für uns als Hundebesitzer ein guter Aufenthalt."
