"This property is good overall, I had stayed a few times over the last few year and alway rated excellent. This year was different, took longer to get attention in certain areas . Linens had absolutely signs of wear . Broken shave shelf in shower. Water glass dirty. Was a bit shocked "

"The room was not clean, cob webs with live spiders in one of the corners of the room, dead bugs in the light covers, dirt all around the tub and in the bathroom. Pool is not heated even though it’s an indoor pool. Breakfast ended at 10. We started eating at 8:30. They just wouldn’t remake any of the eggs or anything so when they ran out they were just out. They would start packing food away at 9. We couldn’t get new towels for over 24 hours. Couldn’t get our room cleaned for over 24 hours. There was a disgusting amount of dust on all the lamps. No racks in the refrigerator. Anywhere there was a trash can it was just overflowing with trash. Don’t let the rating on here deceive you "

"They try to say I had dogs in the room and I was smoking and charged me a extra 50$ so I had to explain to the rude front desk lady that I do not smoke and I do not have any animals and she wanted to check my vehicle so I let her and she stormed off and told me I’ll get a refund when she gets to it. The poorest place I’ve been to. "

"Lovely staff but I have no idea why this place has good reviews. I have never left a review but felt compelled to due to the price of a room vs the condition of the buildings. The room had an extremely strong smell of old smoke and fried food. All our luggage stunk the next day and we were only there about 11 hours. The couch was absolutely disgusting. Stained all over and also stunk. For $50/night it would’ve been acceptable but not $100+"

"They are doing some remodeling. There breakfast was a little be desired. Bacon was so over done and it’s like they took at whole weeks of breakfasts and merged them. Eggs were super brown almost burnt as well. You could tell that they have been there awhile so I would say all weeks merged. "
