" ⭐ One Star – A Hotel to Avoid at All Costs ⭐ I travelled from the UK and was deeply disappointed from the moment I arrived. There was no welcome, no offer of help, and no guidance to our room—just a cold reception. The room was uncomfortable, with an air conditioning unit you can’t control (it runs constantly), and the beds were rock hard—easily the worst sleep I’ve had in a hotel. Do not book breakfast. The food was low quality, limited, and repetitive. I looked at the evening meals and they were the same every night—unappetising and uninspired. The location is very poor if you don’t drive. It’s a 30–40 minute walk into Torrevieja, mostly along a very dark, unlit coastal path that feels unsafe at night. There was nothing relaxing or enjoyable about this stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere—you’ll thank yourself later."

"Technical savvy needed ie. texting,email,video. This is really a first class air B and B. Central and walkable. Good newly renovated solid apartment building. Clean, quiet, good air conditioning( mid)September. Safe. Serviced every day with new towels . room done quietly and efficiently. Never saw another human as everything done silently and efficiently by phone. Near ancient Arena but with double glazed windows never heard anything. Would definitely stay again."

"We only slept here for a handful of hours before a very early flight but we were both very impressed and it will likely be our go to hotel flying out of Verona from here on out. Staff was awesome, they helped us book an early taxi and even made us little to go breakfast bags. My only feedback would be two extra bed pillows but everything else was perfect! Thank you so much. "Great hotel right on the water. food is very good and you are in the heart of Sirmione. You can easily organise car parking and then there is an easy shuttle service to the hotel. Very nice atmosphere. Breakfast buffet was incredible. only criticism: A hotel of this size should have a gym or access to a gym"
