Beautiful place. The soap and tissue were low when we checked in so I think they could do with checking it regularly before the next guest checks in. Overall, lovely hotel, close to city center and the staff were very friendly.

Loved staying at this property. This property is in walkable distance from the central train station, there is another local underground station close to this property. Great food options around the hotel, very friendly hotel staffs and good breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic modern hotel just 5 minutes walk from Dortmund central train station. Excellent members of staff, very professional and helpful. My room was super clean and modern with tea/coffee maker (5 different types of tea to choose from), nice small fridge with free bottles of water/drinks inside, room safe and many other useful things. The bed was super soft and comfy, the AC unit was super powerful and effective, the shower unit worked fine and the luxury soap/body gel was from Rituals. My room TV had many decent channels on the top of amazon, you tube and other platforms.Free luggage storage. Would highly recommend.

I had an apartment with a kitchenette for 1 week at the Esplanade. Since I didn't have a car, it was convenient--only about 3 blocks from the Hauptbahnhof and a couple of blocks from the central pedestrian zone. The property itself was attractive with a pleasant breakfast area and a nice enclosed central courtyard. The staff was also quite friendly and attentive. The sauna was a very nice, unexpected benefit at the end of tiring days. An excellent option in central Dortmund!

Staff good people. But bathroom toilet separate from shower very uncomfortable never seen anything like that before. In three days never came to the room to clean at all. No new towels after a few days at least. Also bed are divided mattress. Very uncomfortable. Like I said staff ok and also location ok. In general hotel it self is remodeled and looks good.

Terrible air conditioning. Staff could not help me with the airconditioning since there is 1 remote for all air conditioning in the entire hotel. Took the measure in own hands and reprogrammed the AC for my own room with my wife. Had a great sleep after figuring the AC out. So thanks but no thanks to the staff.

So on arrival I was early but greeted with a great smile. Offered to look after my luggage prior to being able to get my room. Great hotel. Short walk from Central railway and into the centre. The outside does not do it justice..Shown personally to my room as there was a problem with my room card. Room was great. Not a lot of feedback I can give really apart from every time I walked past reception I was acknowledged and greeted with a smile. This is massive for a guest. Thank You. Love the footwear (pumps) too...Nice mix of smart/casual. Well done..

Ich hatte ein Zimmer gebucht, das direkt hinter dem Aufzug lag, sodass ich jedes Mal, wenn der Aufzug hoch- oder runterfuhr, den Lärm hören konnte. Als ich um einen Zimmerwechsel bat, hieß es, es seien keine Zimmer der gebuchten Kategorie mehr frei; man verlangte also einen Aufpreis für ein anderes Zimmer. Ehrlich gesagt war das Ganze nicht gerade toll, und ich würde nicht wieder in dieses Hotel gehen, da es für das Gebotene einfach zu teuer ist.
