Family trip

My dad and I had a lovely stay here and all the staff were very friendly. We ate in the restaurant a couple times and the food was delicious. Would recommend it to anyone.

Auf der Straßenseite leider etwas laut aber das liegt leider nur an den Auto und Lkw Fahrern die meinen das das eine Autobahn ist. Ansonsten alles top !!

NICHT empfehlenswert - bitte lesen !

Kein Personal am Check-Inn um 20 Uhr - nur die Schlüssel lagen einfach auf dem Tresen. Zimmer ungeheitzt bei 0 Grad Außentemperatur, Dusche auch nach mehreren Minuten laufen lassen nur lauwarm, kleines Doppelbett gebucht - minikleines Einzelbett bekommen. Hauptstrasse direkt vor dem Fenster - ab 5:30 ist schlafen unnöglich.... Das war definitv unsere letzte Buchung in dieser Einrichtung

Fusker hotel - vælg et andet

Besøg ikke dette fuskerhotel. Jeg havde betalt opholdet over hotels.com, men det kunne hotellet simpelthenikke se i deres system. Så de skabte sig åndsvagt foran mig og min søn, så jeg betalte igen. Og sagde at jeg ved hjemkomst ville dokumentere betaling og forventede at få min nr. 2 betaling retur. Hotellet har valgt at ignorere 3 mails med dokumentation fra min side.

Hatten zwar nur eine Übernachtung in diesem Hotel, wir waren sehr zufrieden u. würden dort jederzeit wieder übernachten. Zimmer in sehr sauberen u. ordentlichen Zustand. Wir haben auch in dem dazugehörigen Restaurant gegessen, sehr schmackhaft u. grosse Portionen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Kurzaufenthalt für zwei Tage. Komfort und Ausstattung besser als es die Sternekategorie vermuten lässt. Ruhig, obwohl direkte Straßenlage.

Für Kurztrip/-urlaub passend

Das Zimmer war schlicht und einfach eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Ich war nur für eine Nacht im Hotel. Eine ganze Woche wäre meiner Meinung nach zu langweilig geworden. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße und in weniger Entfernung zu einem Bergwerk. Vorne laut und hinten teils auch, das war das große Minus. Ebenfalls ist dieses Hotel außerhalb gelegen von Hagen, abends mal eben in die Stadt gehen, ist nicht. Ansonsten bin ich mit dem Hotel und Restaurant zufrieden gewesen.

Das Hotel l, iegt direkt an einer Hauptstr., der Empfang war freundlich, das Zimmer groß, jedoch ohne großen Luxus und Komfort. Das Hotel macht einen sauberen und aufgeräumten Eindruck mit einfache Ausstattung.

Made us feel like we where family

The will treat you like family. Arrived early due to a great tailwind on the flight to Germany. They went out of their way to get us in a room and make up extra rooms while they served us Coffee and water in the family-run restaurant. Probably the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in.

Comfortable "country hotel" good transport connections for car moving. The hotel room and the toilet was just renovated. The restaurant was excellent jägerschnitzel and good service.WLAN worked perfectly. I will go again when I'm in those corners. I recommend.

Auch Nachtanreise war kein Problem, die Sanitäreinrichtung alles neu und in gutem Zustand.

Grymt besviken

Vi kom till hotellet relativt sent på kvällen och när vi kom dit så möts vi av en icke engelsktalande person. Först försvann han och efter en stund så kom han tillbaka med en lapp med en utskrift på en vägbeskrivning till ett annat hotell. Därefter så blev vi mer eller mindre utputtade från hotellet. Det vi förstod av hans tyska var att det var en vattenskada och att vi fått plats på ett annat hotell. Och inte en enda gång så bad han om ursäkt. Kan väl säga som så att hade vi inte haft GPS så hade det varit oerhört mycket besvärligare. Fick senare reda på att denna vattenskada hade uppkommit 2 veckor innan vi skulle anlända och därmed hade de haft god tid på sig att meddela oss. Oerhört dåligt!!!
