Your holiday home Ockenfels - Kapitänshuus is located on Brandgnsstraße in a quiet holiday settlement.
From here you can reach the bakery, the supermarket, the nice restaurants, the Inddorspielplatz Sturmfrei or the WellNeßmersiel, bike rental on foot.

The beach and harbor are around 1.8 km away.

Equipment house
In our holiday home, we offer space for 6 people, a toddler and a dog, spread over 100 m² on two levels.

Ground floor:

Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, toothbrush tumbler, cosmetic mirror, toilet, 2 sinks

Bedroom:
Double room with spacious wardrobe, dessert.

The bedroom floor is tiled like the entire ground floor.


Kitchen:

Kitchenette with hob with ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, fully automatic coffee machine, waffle maker, kettle, cooking utensils, blender, toaster

You will not miss anything in our kitchen that you need for a relaxing holiday.

At the cozy table with 6 chairs you will find enough space for eating or for board games.

Living room:

Cozy couch, armchair, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo, DVD films, board games.

The floor is tiled.

There are external roller blinds on all windows and, from spring onwards, beautiful pleated blinds that create a cozy atmosphere.



Upstairs:

You reach the upper floor via a massive wooden staircase from the hallway.

There you will find two more separate bedrooms with double beds and another bathroom.

The hallway and the two bedrooms are covered with cork flooring
 

Bedroom 1 upper floor:

The double beds measuring 180 x 200 cm, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, children's play area with a small table and 2 small chairs.

Children's books and children's games are available for our little guests.

Bedroom 2 upper floor:

2 single beds measuring 90 × 200, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, reading corner with armchair, satellite TV, armchair bed


Bathroom first floor:

The bathroom is also tiled and has a shower, a toilet, two sinks, cosmetic mirror, toothbrush mug and a hairdryer.
