This cosy and child-friendly holiday home offers 84 square metres of living space and can accommodate up to six people and one toddler. Ground Floor

The ground floor features a spacious livingand dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette. The kitchen offers everything you need for daily self-catering. Enjoy meals together at the large dining table before retreating to the cosy living area to relax. For entertainment, you’ll find a colour TV, satellite system, DVD and VCR players, and a stereo system. In addition, a selection of board games and puzzles ensures varied family evenings.

A bedroom with a double bed and a light pine wardrobe is also located on the ground floor. The warm cork parquet flooring creates a pleasant atmosphere. All windows are equipped with roller shutters that allow for complete blackout. The naturally lit bathroom features a shower and toilet. Adjacent to the bathroom is a separate utility room with a washing machine.

Upper Floor

The upper floor features another master bedroom, a children’s room, and a small, child-friendly bathroom. Both bedrooms also feature cork flooring and, thanks to the roller shutters, can be completely darkened. The beds are suitable for people with allergies, which is why pets are not allowed anywhere in the house. The additional bathroom features a shower and toilet, as well as child-friendly extras such as a child-sized toilet seat and a step stool. Bed linens and towels can be booked as an add-on for an additional fee.

Outdoor Area

Up to two parking spaces are available right next to the house. You can easily access the patio from the living and dining area. From here, you have direct access to the large lawn for playing and relaxing, which offers plenty of space to run around, play, or unwind.

At the rear of the property is a garden shed containing various useful items for your stay: garden furniture, bicycles with two removable child seats, a children’s bicycle, a grill, a handcart, and sand toys. We ask that you treat this equipment with care and leave it in the same condition you would like to find it yourself. We cannot guarantee the condition of the equipment.
