Our brand new semi-detached house with 2 apartments for up to 9 people is located in the small coastal town of Nessmersiel.
The semi-detached house has a common entrance and separate apartment doors, so that all options are open to you, a large dining table for everyone is of course available, both inside and outside.

Cozy apartment for up to 4 people. Bedroom 1 with double bed (180x200cm), large spacious wardrobe and TV. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds (80x200cm), which can be set up as a double bed. Small commode. The modern, bright bathroom has a toilet, sink and floor-level shower with sufficient shelves and a hair dryer.
In the living room, a large leather corner couch invites you to relax. The dining table is very spacious for 6 people and can be pulled out for up to 9 people.
The adjoining open kitchen is fully equipped.
You reach the apartment Mee (h) rkieker on the upper floor via the staircase (apartments can be locked):
You can expect a bright and friendly duplex apartment for up to 5 people.
Bedroom 3 has a comfortable double bed (180x200cm) with TV and chest of drawers, bedroom 4 is in the attic and has 2 single beds that can be set up as a double bed (180x200cm). Here you will also find a sofa bed as an additional bed for 1 person (80x190cm) and a spacious chest of drawers.
Spacious living / dining room with open kitchen. High quality leather couch corner with a view of the green and beautiful south-west balcony.
The modern, bright bathroom has a toilet, sink and floor-level shower with sufficient shelves and a hair dryer.
In the two storage rooms you will find a washing machine, cleaning agent, iron / ironing board, drying rack, travel cot, high chair etc.
The southwest terrace is furnished all year round with a practical picnic bench for up to 10 people, the dividing wall to the neighboring house ensures privacy and serves as a windbreak. Your very own garden sauna awaits you in the garden!
The separate lockable shed offers storage space for bicycles and a charcoal grill, as well as a covered area in the garden for bicycles, prams etc. 2 parking spaces in front of the house.
The whole house has underfloor heating, tiled floors, electric shutters, high quality furniture and extensive kitchen equipment. You will find a small selection of books, DVDs and games for young and old.

Outside the holiday park of Nessmersiel you can enjoy peace and a view of the fields. To the dike about 800m, to the beach about 2.5km.
In Nessmersiel you will find numerous playgrounds, various restaurants, a seasonally open supermarket (March to October) and a bakery cart and a petrol station all year round - all within walking distance. Highlight for families: indoor game park "Sturmfrei" only 200m, included in the spa fee for free!
For larger purchases, a pharmacy or medical care, you are in Dornum in a few minutes. You can reach Norden / Norddeich in just under 20 minutes by car, there is also a large adventure pool, cinema, pedestrian zone, etc.

There is a tourist tax / North Sea Service Card (payable in cash on arrival):

- high season 15.03.-31. 10th Adults € 2.60, children 3-15 years € 1.50 p. P. and night

- Electricity consumption is charged per Kwh at € 0.37 (by deposit after departure).
