"After check in we got a room for one with a single bed, however I have booked one double room with a double bed request. Then we went down to the reception to ask for another room, but the double room we got this time wasn’t cleaned after the previous guests so we had to go and try again. The third room was the right one, and receptionist said it’s not visible from there if the room is already cleaned so apologised for this inconvenience.
