No smoking.. It’s a gem of a holiday home. Oozing character and it’s a comfortable place to spend a short break golfing or week with the family.
The house has its own private entrance, a living room, a fully equipped family kitchen/dining room and a small utility space. There is a good broadband connection. Each bedroom is set up as superking but can be split to make twins, giving more flexibility. Perfect for two to four people and outside there is plenty of space for cars.
Balloan House provides secluded and exclusive accommodation in one of the finest spots from which to explore the wild and wonderful coastline of Caithness and Sutherland. A traditional Highland house dating back over 200 years, Balloan is a place to rest and relax in comfort and enjoy the peace and quiet of a beautiful rural setting. Only 5 minutes’ walk from the seaside resort of Dornoch where you will find outstanding places to eat and drink, a vast expanse of golden sand to wander along and possibly the best golf course in Scotland at Royal Dornoch GC. Beach ¾ mile.
