"Floor was missing a goodxl deal of grout and was not clean. Bottom of white socks were filthy within a short period of time. Kitchen not well stocked for food prep and cooking. Beds comfortable, bathroom moldy. Area rugs stained. Incorrectly charged my cc, emailed to say they've fixed it, but not home yet so can't confirm. Not sure why this is rated 4.5 stars."

"Basic but very clean accommodation with everything you need. No WiFi in rooms and the big gig in the bar on Friday night is noisy and unexpected! Communal areas a bonus shared with backpackers lodge. My only issue with the room was not being able to open a windows for fresh air so had to have the air-conditioning on. Good overall and value for the area "

"Lovely place. Great facilities, laundry. Coffee machine etc. Comfortable.Minor technical hiccup with check in but all sorted with one phone call.Only thing lacking was shower gel/soap which most places usually supply- but not a big deal. Would definitely stay there again"

"This was a great place for both little children and a few teenagers. Only thing missing was there could have been a better supply of cleaning products and other things like glad wrap etc. as that would have just topped off the stay. Hosts were fabulous. So inviting and welcoming. Great location too."

"Our room was perfect - spacious, comfortable and overlooking the beach. The pool was nice with plenty of beds. The hotel is in a residential area, so it's nice and quiet but a couple of kilometres into town. The only downside was that we caught the early morning flight from Perth, so arrived at the hotel around 10am and had to wait in reception for 4 hours until our room was ready. I understand check in isn't until 2pm but no attempt was made to adjust the cleaning schedule to allow our room to be available a little earlier."
