"Great place to stay"

"We loved our stay at Beach and Waffles Papamoa. The house was very clean and very well furnished with a lovely aesthetic. We loved the location being close to the shops - four square, restaurants, a cafe and an amazing bakery “Rise” with fantastic coffee and the best cream donuts plus many other delicious treats! It was also an easy walk to the beach which we had a great time exploring daily. The outdoor shower with hot water to rinse off after the beach was great and super handy! We enjoyed having the games to play at the house like ping pong and darts. We also really appreciated having the washer and dryer to do laundry as needed. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely love to stay here again. "

"lovely home, only reason it didn't get a 5 was its not very private, the outside is very exposed to anyone coming down the shared driveway and the house opposite can see into all the rooms on the driveway side. would help if the lawned aera was hedged along that side. "

"We loved our stay at this beautiful beach home! The location was perfect being right on the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The furnishings were comfortable and pretty. The kitchen was very well appointed with a beautiful view of the ocean. The windows in the kitchen, living room and master bedroom made the most of the view, and opened up making the outside seamless with the inside. The common areas are large and well appointed with blankets and pillows for comfort. The bathrooms look new and beautiful. Communication with the host was easy and they were quick to respond. The beds were comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay here."
