Come enjoy this hidden jewel! With plenty of fun for the family including a large brand new 7 person hot tub, bunk room with games and a public playground nearby for the kids, and plenty of unique furniture pieces. Our home is fully stocked with bedding and kitchen essentials. Large TV`s and an Xbox for the kids.



Stay warm in the winters with a new HVAC system and cool in the summer with AC. Get a true lodge feel with custom built log beds and a fun fire pit to toast marshmallows out back.

The entire house and garage, except for a few locked closets, is available for guests to use.



Gem State Jewel is located minutes away from two forks of Lake Cascade, the Donnelly Boat Docks and Beaches, 15 minutes to Tamarack Ski Resort and the Red Ridge and West Mountain Snowmobile Areas and is 5 minutes to downtown Donnelly.



This cabin has a beautiful backyard that backs up to a treed area with a large patio.



This home also includes 65 & 45 inch 4K Smart TV’s with Unlimited Hi Speed WIFI. The new wood burning stove will provide a cozy ambience. The dining room features a beautifully hand crafted dining room table made from re-purposed antique barn wood. A new Weber BBQ near the patio and hot tub will round out your enjoyment.



Sleeping accommodations include a King bed in the master bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms downstairs each have a queen bed. The bunk room upstairs is set-up with 2x full over full bunks with a Pac-Man arcade.



This vacation home is a short drive from many different hot spots and outdoor adventure. Located less than 3 miles from Cascade Lake beaches, boat ramps, water sports and only 5 miles away from Tamarack Ski Resort. 15 miles north of the boutique town of Cascade and 15 miles south of the resort town of McCall. You`ll love how close you`ll be to high mountain lakes, fantastic hiking, ATV trails, mountain biking, snowmobile adventure, as well as fishing, boating, canoeing, and kayaking spots!



Guests have access to the entire home, including the two-car garage and large driveway. Need extra parking? Just ask, and we`ll direct you to the overflow parking lot.

We had a family reunion in the area and this was a perfect space for our little family to stay. Loved the upstairs bunks.

House was everything advertised. Great location. They had excellent communication with me before, during and after our stay. It was quite helpful to send me a text the day before we checked out with checkout checklist. We would definitely stay here again.

Tamarack Vacation

Enjoyed a couple of days skiing at Tamarack. It was nice to come home and be able to use the hot tub. The house was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed to enjoy our time up there.

Lots of beds and bedrooms. Wish there was one extra bathroom, but other than that our stay was great. 15 minutes to Tamarack, minutes to Donnelly and a working hot tub. What more could you ask for?

Property and Manager are Great, HOA are Sticklers

We all really enjoyed our stay at the property. We were in town for a bike race and it was perfect for bringing the family together. The house has a large open floor plan for the common areas which is great for everyone to hang out in. There is plenty of room in the garage and driveway to park multiple guests and the beds are super comfortable. The only negative was that we were yelled at and reported by what I assume was HOA member while trying to park cars in order of who had to leave in the morning. Anytime many people get together it is hard to coordinate. A lack of understanding from this person as we were actively trying to resolve our predicament while being friendly and courteous was definitely upsetting. This was a small negative experience that was over shadowed by a lot of positives about our stay. I do feel obligated to warn future renters about this encounter to try to prevent future conflict.
