Best Western Plus McCall Lodge & Suites

10/10 Excellent

"The pool was amazing for the kids! Jonathan at the front desk so was nice and accommodating making sure my sister and I had rooms next to each other. Probably the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had. The washer and dryer were great as we had a car sick kiddo on the way there. Will absolutely be staying again! Thanks again Jonathan for all your help!"

"We stayed at this motel for 4 nights, because of some circumstances we had to have 3 different reservations. They were able to let us stay in 2 different rooms. We stayed in the "renovated queen rooms" for both nights. I would give them a 7/8 stars. The pros: Check in was easy. They send you an email/text an hour before check in with a room number and the door code. It even sent me a new code for the 3rd reservation, so I know that the code does get changed between reservations. The rooms were fairly clean, a few normal scuffs on the walls but nothing huge. The beds were very comfortable. They had good black out curtains and the area was fairly quiet. They had a small mini fridge and microwave which we took full advantage of. A nice tv with a roku. The shower had a high shower head and the water pressure was strong. The AC kept the room nice and cold. The cons: there seemed to be not much of ventilation, so since the AC was on all the time the room felt a little stuffy. In the shower the caulking was coming out in a few places but it was mainly cosmetic and didn't affect the shower. It is an older property, so the game room wasn't the greatest. We still played pool and air hockey but the equipment was lacking. The wifi sucked. It kept cutting out and disconnecting. This review is for the renovated rooms, I did get a chance to look into another room and I don't think I would have given it a 3. It seemed to be very old and run down. I would stay here again in a renovated room."

"We loved our stay. We were wondering if there is any way to install a portable air conditioner in the room that is on the west side of the third floor. That is the only room that got hot during the night. Other than that was very comfortable. In fact we have already booked it for next year."

"Absolutely Flawless Stay!This is hands down my favorite VRBO I have ever stayed in! The space is beautiful, immaculately clean, and filled with high-quality touches throughout. The 1-bedroom/1-bathroom layout felt incredibly comfortable, featuring a wonderful kitchen, cozy living room, and a great dining space.The location is perfect. It was situated in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood, yet incredibly close to the lake. To top it all off, the host was fantastic, answering all of our questions almost instantly and ensuring we had everything we needed. If you are looking for a beautiful, pristine getaway, look no further. I cannot recommend this place enough!"
