"チェックイン30分前に到着しましたが、スタッフの方に直ぐに対応していただきました。部屋は、源泉掛流し内風呂と源泉足湯テラスつきの部屋に宿泊しました。庭もきれいで、今年は幸いにも河津桜の開花が遅れており、ちょうど満開の時期に宿泊できました。
男性大浴湯は、内風呂と２つの露天風呂があり、それぞれお湯の温度が変えてあり、湯守の方の配慮だと感じました。貸切り露天風呂では、川のせせらぎも聞こえてのんびりできました。
食事は食堂個室で、おいしくいただき満足しました。料理のメインにはステーキを選択しました。ドリンクメニューで地酒飲み比べセットがありましたが、地酒で大吟醸飲み比べセットがあれば尚良かったです。
部屋の寝室ベッドはゆったりくつろげました。廊下に置かれている３種類のアロマエキスを利用できました。
お庭の散策時、一番奥の川沿いには、ホテルにより建立された温泉神社があり、温泉に対する真摯な配慮を感じました。
スタッフの方は皆様明る く丁寧に対応いただき、サービスにも満足しました。"

"あらかじめ口コミを参考にして伺ったので、施設の古さなど承知の上でしたので、さほど気になりませんでしたが、それでもそろそろ室内のリニューアルされたらいいのになあ・・という具合です。
あいにくの雨続きでせっかくのオーシャンビューを楽しめませんでしたが、晴れたらかなりの美しさだと思います。
ウェルカムおでんやかき氷、飲み物飲み放題、露天風呂、屋内プール、バーで飲み放題、卓球と、ホテル内で楽しめました。従業員の方々は口コミ通り海外の方々でしたが、不真面目な日本人よ りよっぽど笑顔で、丁寧に、しっかりとしたお仕事をされていました。また機会が有れば泊まりたいです。

"Clean rooms. Staff was extremely nice we had the beach/ocean view which was breath taking. Hospitality was a+ . The hot spring indoor was super hot and they had vending machines near by which had ice cream. Property was right near the beach and it was quiet, truly an amazing experience. There was two restaurants we ate at the Italian was pricey but was fantastic food. "
