"Very clean and fresh hotel, with excellent staff. The hotel manager helped us arrange activities in the area every day: Farm visits, cave exploration, etc. The hotel restaurant is amazing, in particular the antipasti. Highly recommended!"

"Una piccola oasi di benessere "

"I had a great stay at the Grand Hotel Terme! I don’t know where to start but the staff was very professional and helpful, dined once and the service was amazing. The restaurant staff was very attentive to remember and provide me with what I asked the day before on the consecutive days of my stay. This was work related trip but will definitely be ion my leisure travel route next time I will be in Italy! And can I have the receipe for the ace juice? 😆"

"Property seemed updated and was one of the nicer Italian hotels I have stayed at."

"Very comfortable room. Great staff."

"Nice hotel and easy to use "

"Fabulous! Very helpful staff and gorgeous facilities! Highly recommended!"

"Beautiful property, lovely personnel and pretty grounds. The only negative I have is that the gate at the road to the actual residential building is unmarked, unlit and several kilometers from the main gate (which is marked and lit at night), making a late night check in (in the dark) very difficult. I am sure this is being addressed since that entrance appears very new."

"Dated hotel but very friendly staff. Good breakfast and free parking"

"A lovely hotel in a lovely place."

"Nice hotel with a very good breakfast."

"All was great, the only issue us really far from town"

I was a little surprised (albeit not the for the first time I'm Italy) that the pool was extra charge, and not a small amount either. I'm not sure if I missed it but this was not communicated on hotels.com. The pool was very nice, it was...

"Molto comodo il check in anche senza reception, tutto perfetto e facile. Proprietario estremamente disponibile, ottima pulizia. Molto apprezzato l’angolo della colazione. L’appartamento ristrutturato molto ampio e accogliente. Tutto bene"

"Posto davvero gradevole; ottima colazione in un ambiente d’antan, reso piacevole dal sottofondo di musica classica. Molto tranquillo e rasserenante."

"Ottima cucina"
