Fabulous property is surrounded by sea from 3 sides with private sea access and stone wall that surrounds garden thus ensuring privacy. One car garage and one extra parking place is available. There is a BBQ and dining furniture in the garden. Ground floor includes kitchen, dining room, living room, library, bathroom, toilet and laundry. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the first and second floor plus kids playing room. There is a possibility of renting speedboat for excursions.
