Sehr modernes und sauberes Haus, geräumig

Schönes Haus, Küche ist gut ausgestattet auch für 6 Personen. Sehr geräumige Bäder. Das einzige was etwas stört ist der Straßenlärm. Der Strand ist seht gut zu Fuß erreichbar.Die Gegend ist Wunderschön man kann hier viel unternehmen. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Ruim huis, minimaal ingericht

Het huis was ruim met een eigen garage. Zonwering voor de slaapkamers minimaal. Voor andere kamers rolluiken De keukenkastjes en keukenspullen ( borden, pannen etc.) waren niet schoon. Ook de vloer was niet schoon. Wellicht alleen geveegd maar zeker niet gedweild. Zwembad niet schoon De woonkamer was minimaal gemeubileerd. Slechte WIFI

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht.

Schöne Wohnung. Küche gut ausgestattet auch für 6 Personen. Das einzige was stört sind die lauten Autos und Motorräder. Die gegend ist Wunderschön wir sind viel gewandert. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Sehr modernes und sauberes Haus, geräumig.

Schönes, modernes und großzügig geschnittenes Haus. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der prompt reagiert. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass man auch selbst kochen kann. Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke (Wandern und Tagesausflüge) sehr gut. Parkplatz im Haus. Alles topp! Einzig das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer ist etwas arg wackelig.

Tolles Haus

Das Haus ist sauber und bietet viel Platz. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen, 3 Kindern und Hund da. Eingezäuntes Grundstück super für unseren Hund. Für unsere 1-jährigen Zwillinge viel Platz und nirgends hohe Schwellen, konnten sich austoben und überall krabbeln. Eigener Zugang über Tiefgarage spitze! Der Schlüsselhalter ist sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war super. Es gibt nur 2 Badezimmer und für 6 Personen ausreichend Platz. Leider liegt die Wohnung an einer sehr befahren Straße. Sie wird nachts als Rennstrecke genutzt. Wir fahren gerne nochmal dorthin, allerdings nicht mehr an einer Durchfahrtsstraße.

Gut, aber...

Haus war sehr schön und geräumig, es fehlte einzig an Kleinigkeiten, wie zb Klopapierrollen-Halter, Klobürste, Gelegenheiten zum aufhängen von Handtüchern oä. Man sieht an vielen Kleinigkeiten dass vieles im Haus nicht professionell gemacht wurde (decken gestrichen, Möbel montiert etc). Der Service des Besitzers war hervorragend!!! Die Umgebung ist sehr laut (Autos) und auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern zuweilen störend.

super mooie schone en goed ingericht huisje. We hadden 2 rolstoel gebruikers bij ons en deze accommodatie was perfect voor ons allemaal. Super snelle WiFi. Mooie schone keuken met grote oven en van alles voorzien. Erg behulpzame en vriendelijke mensen en zelfs inpandige garage voor de authentieke de rolstoelbus. Volgend jaar weer terug. Dicht bij het meer, mooie ruime tuin buiten voor de hondjes en heerlijk rustig. Zeker een dikke 10!

Ein Schließsystem mit Karte od...

Ein Schließsystem mit Karte oder nur einem Schlüssel wäre sinnvoll. Der Gast beommt einen ganzen Schlüsselbund für Haustür, Garage, Garten (3 St.) + Öffner für Tiefgarageneinfahrt 6 Schlüssel insgesamt. Das TV Gerät empfängt nur Programme von Eutelsat somit für Deutschsprachige Gäste wertlos. Das Haus und die Einrichtung ist neuwertig. Garderobe fehlt. In allen Räumen kahle Wände weiss gestrichen. Der Straßenlärm ist nicht zu unterschätzen vor allem in den Nachtstunden.

Freundlicher und zuvorkommender Schlüsselhalter (englischsprachig), der im Bedarfsfall schnell da ist.Haus ist zweckmäßig geschnitten, gepflegt, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, an den Tischen drinnen und auf der Sofagruppe ist allerdings eher Platz für 4 als für 6 Personen.Die bauliche Qualität ist durchwachsen, im Wohnzimmer zieht es aus dem Keller, außerdem fehlen leider auch hier Insektengitter an den Fenstern sowie eine ausreichende Anzahl an Steckdosen im Wohnzimmer.Die Küche ist mit allem erforderlichen Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien ausgestattet, Backofen, Toaster und Wasserkocher sind ebenfalls vorhanden.Zwei großzügige Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage stehen zur Verfügung, ein brauchbarer Grill und ein schöner Außensitzplatz ebenfalls. Reisetipps: Gute Ausgangsbasis für das Westufer des Comer Sees. Menaggio und der Luganer See sind in überschaubarer Fahrzeit erreichbar.Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gravedona und im Centro Commerciale Fuentes, Bellagio ist mit der Fähre von Menaggio aus ebenfalls in Kürze zu erreichen.Schöner Spaziergang ins Nachbardorf Musso möglich, außerdem mehrere Wanderrouten in der Nähe.

Super ausgestattetes Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in dem perfekt ausgestatteten Haus. Es war sehr sauber, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und mit qualitativ hochwertiger Ausstattung. Die Übergaben waren unproblematisch, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am See, aber auch in den schönen Gassen der umliegenden Örtchen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zum Teil auch fußläufig erreichbar, eine sehr gute Pizzeria ebenso. Einziges Manko: die vielbefahrene Straße vor dem Haus. Bei geschlossenem Fenster nachts kein Problem, jedoch schwierig für Frischluftliebhaber...
