"This hotel exceeded my expectations, especially the check-in speed—it was done in just 2 minutes, which was a huge relief after a long trip. The front desk staff were polite and attentive; they made sure I knew how to use the room’s AC and even offered extra towels. The room was clean and tidy all around—no stains on the bedspread, a fresh-smelling bathroom, and a clutter-free nightstand. I had a very comfortable stay!"

"Building is shared with another hotel so quite confusing when entering the location for shared taxi as it shows up as something else. The property is pretty nice but has a strong smell in the lobby which I guess is geared for a Zen experience. "

"We had a nice stay at this hotel. The property is well kept, the rooms we had were clean and modern, with motion activated lights, USB ports, touchscreen controls for the A/C and other room features. Full breakfast with a good variety of foods and beverages was a plus. Also, the staff was very helpful."

"This is one of the best hotels I stayed in. The expectations on a 5 stars hotel is high, and Sheraton Guangzhou took it further. Stayed in the club room, the services provided in the club lounge was spotless.
Travelled with my elderly parents and coincidentally affected by typhoon Ragasa. The crisis management of the hotel was beyond expectations. Hotel staffs took great care of the guests, with more than expected selection of food in the club lounge, knowing that guests would not be able to travel out for dinner. The hotel gave us late check-out without asking because of my delayed transportation.
Special mention to Jenny, who went the extra miles when I needed help with extended stay.
For a 5 stars hotel, the high-quality hardware is expected. What makes it different from the rest is the service staffs, and Sheraton Guangzhou did just that to make it a league above the others!"

"I loved this Marriott! It was even better than I expected, from the service to my room to its convenient location. The front desk was very professional and gave me probably the best room at that hotel, at the very top floor…and the view outside was spectacular. The dining options were abundant, ranging from the lobby buffet with its blend of Chinese and Western dishes to the lounge with its motley of desserts. There is a connecting mall as well as a fancier one across the street; below street level is yet another gem filled to the brim with eateries. Subway stations are very close by too…needless to say I highly recommend this hotel."
