    "This hotel is more like a motel, and not a good one. The rooms are very small with low ceilings. Its location on a walking street means taxis can’t enter, so you have to walk to the hotel with your luggage. I meaned to experience the HuTong cultural hotel, very disappointed. I booked a room for 3 nights in March and paid in advance, though pay-at-hotel was also an option. When I stayed in May, I saw on Expedia that the price had dropped too much below what I paid.     "The accommodation is not exactly what it looks like the photos. It was difficult to find in a back street car park. The room was very dusty and there was rubbish around the bed when we arrived. The airport shuttle advertised doesn’t exist so bear this in mind. The breakfast that is included was bread and egg. No fresh fruit and yogurt like you’d expect.     "Even though the room is not the best, the location of the property is quite good, just a short walk to Line 2 Beijing Railway Station. The breakfast is one of the best I had in China, many cold and hot options, they have even a waffle machine and a person doing fresh crepes. I would recommend the hotel for its amazing breakfast. "

"I had a great time staying at the Regent Beijing. The staff were wonderful and making sure everything was perfect. The hotel location is just next to Dengshikou station and being able to just walk over to Wangfujing was incredibly convenient. Highly recommend it if you want a hassle-free trip!"
