"Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster-diesbezüglich keine Info bei der Buchung! Kein Frühstück- die Angabe ist falsch!Die Wände sind nass und dementsprechend riecht das Zimmer. Die Matratze sind sehr hart.Der Kühlschrank zu laut. An zwei Tagen hatten wir kein warmes Wasser. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich.Wir haben jeden Tag ein kleines Wasser bekommen , mit dem Kaffee waren sie aber sehr sparsam ,es gab 2 Portionen Nescaffe für 6 Übernachtungen. "Outstanding hotel! The rooms were stunning and felt luxurious, and the breakfast was good also. Staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating - we arranged a late check out and to leave our bags as we had to wait for a late train. Would 100% recommend, can't imagine anywhere nicer in Ninh Binh or surroundings."

"The place was a breath of fresh air!!!! 5 min on the bike to everything in town. They have bikes for you to use for FREE!!!! the staff Kelly hue and another gentleman (please forgive me I forgot his name) were AMAZING helped us out with everything that we needed assisted us with things to do and what to see. "The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We received exceptional service from the check in front desk. The service manager and staff were great. The complimentary breakfast and bikes were really appreciated. We did not get to use the pool because it is too cold in this season. Location was also convenient. The only issue we had was how the toilet was positioned in the bathroom. Not suitable for anyone over 5’5”. Overall we loved our stay. "

"This place was in a stunning location! Just outside of the main hub of tam coc which made it perfect for a peaceful stay! Very easy to access restaurants and life but still being able to enjoy the quiet. Having bicycles to use for free was amazing, and very easy to rent a scooter if desired! They were very helpful with booking shuttles for airport pick up and drop off and the main staff there even made sure to be up very early for my airport shuttle to see I got on with ease. They serve fresh fruit and tea on arrival and throughout your stay. Very caring staff and I was very glad I stayed here!"
