"The addresses on both expedia and website were wrong by 3 blocks. When the afternoon staff were called to ask the correct address, the young staffer argued with my wife that him helping her was not his job. The hotel misrepresents its location as family-friendly. It is in the adult entertainment area of busan City. Very cramped alleyways poor lighting obnoxious drunks and other issues. "This is definitely NOT a five-star hotel. They should lower their rating system. The room, carpet and bathroom is outdated. Plus they charge for the fitness gym and the sauna. I was shocked that 5 star hotel does not provide a free gym access. Also as a Expedia platinum member, they give you free welcome drink but it's only for take out. I asked the coffee shop employee if I could sit down and drink my coffee, and she said "No". She said I cannot sit down and drink my coffee, I can only take it out. Another thing during the check in, I asked if I could use the spa that's attached to hotel. The front person said just tell the spa your room number. I thought it was included because she did not mentioned the price, and it turned out you get a discount price not free. Overall the service, amenities and cleanness is not met with my expectation. If it was 4 or 3 star hotel I would understand but not when it's promoted for 5 star."
