"Very special hotel dedicated in a steampunkish hommage to Rimbaud, with very original rooms. We werent aware of that when we booked and to us as a family it was a bit of a surprise and we would have appriciated closeable doors to the bathroom for example. But the rooms are what they are and the staff is very kind. Breakfast was good. Had dinner at the restaurant which was super good. "

"Aufgrund einiger schlechter Bewertungen, sind wir nach einer langen Wanderung mit einem mulmigen Gefühl dort hin gefahren. An der Rezeption wurden wir von einer netten Dame und der freundlichen Hauskatze empfangen. Wir hatten Zimmer 101 mit Blick auf Bouillon, den Fluss und auf die Burg Bouillon. "The hotel location was perfect! Just a few minutes walk from all the events at the center of town. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and great quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful but they were so short staffed they were unable to hold our luggage until the afternoon on our departure day ( because they would need to close the hotel for a few hours). There was no other luggage storage option in town so we had to walk around with our luggage for 3 hours ( until our train departure time). For a 4 star hotel, that was not great…"
