The bungalow was comfortable, spotless clean, comfortable bed and had everything you need.Couple of nice areas outside for sitting out.Would highly recommend it. We found a lovely park nearby and plenty of little shops and takeaways just a few minutes walk."

"Very nice and practical house in a great neighborhood, Bishopthorpe Street. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants. York is a wonderful, very livable city. We were able to immerse ourselves in York's life for a week. The house is ideally located on the edge of the Old Town and close to Rowntree Park, with tennis courts, a playground, and plenty of opportunities for play and relaxation."

"We have stayed here before, and really enjoyed the location and the house. It’s a perfect location for us, a good sized flat, and well-equipped. The one issue we had this time was that it was late November and very cold, and the heating had not been switched on before we arrived. Therefore, it was very cold and the heating was ineffective until it had been on overnight. We wore coats inside the house and were cold overnight. We were sent wrong apartment number so spent an hour trying to find 18 when in fact flat was 22.Heat kicked in at midnight and was impossible to turn down, WiFi barely worked and downstairs toilet was broken. Floor between living area and dining was cracked and constantly tripped people up. No dishwasher tablets also but overall most things we could have gotten over but sending wrong address just set the tone for a poor experience.Overall shabby and...

"Had a lovely stay, only really big enough for 4-5 adults- they’re were 4 of us so absolutely fine.Great location near the fab “Fleurie”bakery and would recommend the Thai up the road."
