A quiet and modernly furnished private 55-square-meter apartment located right next to a nature reserve in the Black Forest. This bright apartment features a private garden with a grill and seating/lounging areas, offering plenty of space to relax. Local activities include bike tours, an archery course, a water treading area, hiking trails, a farm stand, and much more.

The accommodation
The house is located in a suburb of Donaueschingen. Aufen is a quiet resort town. The apartment is situated right on the edge of the nature reserve and is therefore the last house on the street.
The house was completely renovated in 2021.
A staircase leads from the street up to the house. The apartment is located on the ground floor with its own entrance and private garden area.
The modern built-in kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking with a view of the greenery. You can sit comfortably at the counter, drink coffee, or enjoy a delicious meal.
The adjoining living room features a cosy couch, armchairs, and a table that can be extended. Here, too, you can comfortably eat or work.
The hallway features a small entryway with a shoe cabinet.
The bathroom has a rimless toilet with a soft-close function, a sink, and a walk-in shower. Towels are provided.
The bedroom is spacious with plenty of storage in the closet and chest of drawers. The bed has a pocket-spring mattress and measures 180 × 200 cm. The window has a screen, so it can be left open even at night.
Guest Access
Thanks to the separate entrance, the garden is for private use only. The approximately 80-square-meter lawn features a table with 2 chairs, 2 lounge chairs, a gas grill, and a fire pit for romantic evenings.

– an organic farm stand where you can buy fresh bread on Fridays; there is also a vending machine on “Brigachtalstrasse.” Here you can buy potatoes, grilled meat, sausages, jam, and much more at any time

Visitor’s tax / Konuskarte:
The city of Donaueschingen charges a visitor’s tax of €1.50 per person per night. This amount is included in the accommodation price and is remitted to the city of Donaueschingen. Upon arrival at our apartment, you will receive your personalised visitor’s card, which, among other things, allows for free use of public transport. An information flyer is also available. After booking our apartment, you’ll receive a message asking you to please provide us with the first and surnames of all travellers. A washing machine and dryer are also available in the apartment.
