The newly renovated, 42 m² apartment is located in Donaueschingen, Baden-Württemberg, and accommodates up to 2 guests. You will find 1 bedroom, 1 living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Wi-Fi (suitable for video conferences), TV, and a workspace are available. Self check-in is possible. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a centrally located old town house in a quiet area.



Enjoy the large, communal, uncovered terrace – ideal for relaxing after exploring.



Public, free street parking is available. Public transport, restaurants, bakeries, shops, and the train station are within walking distance. Events are not permitted on the property. A tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away. Numerous leisure activities are available in the area, including cycling, swimming, mini golf, the Danube spring, equestrian tournaments, music days, castle tours, hiking, skiing, the Museum Art Plus, the children's and youth museum, the confluence of the Danube, St. Johann Church, the musician fountain, and the Fürstlich Fürstenberg collections. Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm and separate your waste during your stay.
