Clean room, the only shining Stars on staff were Amir and Aaron. Other staff on phones or not at front desk. Hostess in tavern was rude. TV did not work, off and on entire stay. No room service available no free breakfast. Not very focused on in house guests. More concerned with tavern customers. Would be a BIG upgrade if you catered to your guests that are staying for Cancer institute patients.

This was one of the coolest places we have stayed. An entire neighborhood of townhouses with so much room for less than staying on property at a resort. Made everything so easy. HUGE washer and dryer. Pool for each townhome. Seriously, if you are going to one of the parks then I think you have to check this out

Very pleased with our stay at the Terraces building. This suite was beyond our expectations, very clean and comfortable. The building was quiet and secluded from the bustle of the main resort but still had everything we needed and felt desk staff always. Will highly recommend to family and friends
