Needs some upgrade to kitchen appliances., toilets.. only one bedroom with AC , the other bedroom a fan( it was hot).. Pool a little too far (we never used it).Gilbert is an excellent host.. He was available all the time..neighborhood very quiet, project has security 24/7 at the entrance.. I recommend ...
