Hotel muy limpio, por el precio está muy bien para estancias cortas como yo que fuy por trabajo. Está muy bien poder aparcar y tener para cenar con una carta bastante buena.en general bastante bien

El Hotel no está mal para pasar una o dos noches, las estancias están limpias y el personal muy amable. Algunas cositas un poco antiguas (ascensor, mobiliario, aires acondicionados, radiadores..) pero todo funciona y dan su servicio. Eso sí las tuberías suenan mucho. Las tostadas de la cafetería muy ricas y grandes 😊

La persona en la recepción aunque no sonreía, era profesional. Le pregunté hasta qué hora estaba abierta la cafetería y me dijeron las 11 de la noche. Quería cenar allí. Al día siguiente te ia que hacer un examen y no quería salir del hotel más. Cuando fui la persona que trabajaba allí me dijo que no tenía comida porque la cocina no estaba abierta, le dije que tenía que cenar y le pregunté que sugería y me envió a un hostal de al lado. Fui al hostal y decían que iban a cerrar, me preguntaron si no me habían ofrecido el hacerme un bocadillo, le dije que no, que me dijeron que viniera al hostal de ellos. Encontré un McDonalds y me comí un bocadillo. Al día siguiente me quejé a la recepcionista y me dijo que esa persona que trabajaba en la cafetería le dijo que haría bocadillos para los clientes del hotel, le dije que nunca me lo ofreció. Lo único que hizo fue decirme que me fuera al hostal de al lado. Yo no necesitaba comida de la cocina, solo un simple bocadillo. Tuve que conducir hasta el McDonald para comerme un bocadillo. No me gusta McDonalds, me hubiera gustado más un bocadillo con cosas típicas de España, ya que vivo en Estados Unidos y McDonalds es algo habitual aqui. Decidí no poner una hija de reclamación, pero podrían cuidar a sus clientes más. Solo habían 5 coches esa noche en el aparcamiento del hotel. No se esperaron mucho. La calefacción de la habitación estaba demasiado cálida y aunque la apague completamente aún salía aire caliente, un poco menos.

Irresponsabilidad!!!

Hice el checkin antes de la hora que pone en el correo y me fui a trabajar, dejé la llave en recepción, el señor que había en esta, debía tener problemas de comunicación y nadie me aviso de que si volvía tarde me debía de llevar la llave y entrar por otra puerta. Cuando llegue estaba cerrado, por más que llame al teléfono de contacto y timbre nadie me contesto no pude dormir esa noche en el hotel. Antes de irse la persona encargada se tenia que haber dado cuenta que faltaba un cliente por llegar… En la población que estaba había otro hotel pero no había habitaciones y tuve que quedarme en el coche, toda la noche, literal!!! Me parece una irresponsabilidad total y absoluta por parte de las personas encargadas y creo que ustedes lo deben tener en cuenta para trabajar con ellos si esto no lo solucionan. En fin me parece muy fuerte…

El hotel esta bastante bien. Esta en frente del hospital. A unos 300 metros hay un supermercado para comprar. El hotel tiene habitaciones restauradas muy chulas y habitaciones sin restaurar. Las toallas y las sabanas muy limpias. Servicio de limpieza regular. Estaba el suelo lleno de pelo. Muebles sin limpiar. Yo lo que hago siempre cuando paramos en este hotel es llevar unas toallitas y limpiar yo misma el polvo. Tienen una cafeteria muy chula con su terraza y hasta una zona infantil. Es recomendable el hotel. Pero hay que contratar mas personal de limpieza. Solo vi a una chica limpiando y claro ella sola no puede con todo.
