Ocean View 2 BR / 3 full BA / Fiber Optic. Walk to beach & grocery/restaurants
- Private ocean view lot with three new construction houses. 350m from the ocean HWY. Do not need a 4x4 to reach property. Can walk to the beach or supermarket in less that 30 minutes. Ocean views throughout. Lambeau 3 has multiple patios with outdoor furniture and ocean views. Frequent toucan visitors and overhead parrots. This is a two bedroom (one king and one queen bed) with three full bathrooms. There is also a queen sofa bed in the downstairs living room. Low traffic area provides a quiet and peaceful setting. This house is two stories with ocean view balconies upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an attached private laundry room with washer and dryer. There are three large screen tv's - two upstairs and one downstairs. There is cable tv and fiber optic wifi and air conditioning
