Villas Lambeau #2 - Ocean View - Fiber Optic / 1BR 1 BA

  • This is an ocean view property sitting about 350 meters above the small town of Uvita. The "studio" cabin was built in 2017. It has full kitchen (Stove, fridge, microwave, all cooking utensils, plates, silverware), full laundry room with washer/dryer, full bathroom, wifi, cable TV, air conditioning, and a front balcony with ocean view. The cabin is one of three similar white stucco small houses on the property, each with privacy. You do not need a 4x4 vehicle to arrive at the property. You will wake to singing birds in the morning, and often see parrots over head and occasional toucan visitors. You can walk to the Marino Ballena beach in 25 minutes and walk to the BM supermarket in 20 minutes.
