Uvita Paradise in real Paradise

This is our second visit and stay at Uvita Paradise. We enjoyed our stay so much last year that we had to come back again this year. The location is well situated for all your needs and our favourite restaurant Seba’s is a 5 minute walk. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful Property

stayed 6 nights. Very comfortable property. Staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Very secure gated with easy access and ample parking. In the heart of Uvita close to beach and restaurants. Loved our time there and would definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Lovely boutique hotel. We had a studio room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The room was advertised as having a fully equipped kitchen. It wasn't. There was a bar-b-q but it's charcoal and you need to bring/buy your own charcoal. Their website also advertised that they have free laundry but they don't.

Good apartment and facilities in Uvita

Stayed for 3 nights. Good location between the town and beach. A few restaurants within easy reach. Apartment was spacious with cleaning and fresh towels each day. Beds were rather hard for us but we managed to sleep ok. Pool area is lovely with plenty of seating areas.

Very clean and nice room with terrace and views of the mountains. Uvita beach is 10 minutes walk. Just beware there are no signs for this establishment you have to relay on your GPS.

Clean room with kitchenette. Bed was a bit hard, but it was better after they added another topper for us. 2 pools, could've been cleaner. Walking distance to the beach.

The property was very modern and nice. The pool area was nice and having a small balcony to sit on in the mornings and evenings was very nice. The AC worked very well. Occasionally, things didn't work, such as the TV and once the plumbing was down for an off-site problem that lasted about 4 hours.

Wir waren 4 Nächte vor Ort um tauchen zu gehen, viele Tauchbasen sind in Laufnähe. Das Hotel ist neu und alle Zimmer haben eine kleine Küche mit ordentlicher Ausstattung. Es gibt keinen Herd oder Kochplatte, sondern einen elektrischen Kochtopf und eine elektrische Pfanne sowie eine Mikrowelle - für ein Frühstück hat es gereicht, richtig gekocht haben wir nicht. Die Ausstattung ist neu, aber es gibt keinerlei Dekoration sodass die Einrichtung eher schlicht wirkt. AC funktioniert super und war leise, morgens haben uns Vögel geweckt. Toll waren die beiden Pools, der kleinere hat Massagedüsen. Die Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Eingang und mit einem hohen Tor gesichert. Das Zimmer war absolut sauber und der Zimmerservice gründlich. Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad waren spärlich, die Dusche großzügig. Ausblick vom Balkon nur auf den Pool, dafür ist man aber mitten im Ort und schnell am Meer (ca 5min Fußweg). Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel war spärlich, die Angestellte vor Ort war sehr freundlich und bemüht, sprach aber kaum Englisch. Sie gab uns eine Whatsappnummer, aber dort erhielten wir keine Antwort auf unsere Fragen. Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen Wäscheservice, den wir empfehlen können. Insgesamt war es absolut okay, aber eher unpersönlich.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einer schönen Anlage. Die Küche war etwas klein und unpraktisch, da die oberen Zimmer keinen Herd, sondern nur ein elektrische Bratpfanne und einen Reiskocher aufweisen. Jedoch mit der Mikrowelle zusammen konnten wir uns etwas einfaches kochen.

Les chambres sans âme sont bien entretenues et semblent neuves mais il n’y a pas de personnel à part une femme de ménage sympathique, il faut donc par exemple déverrouiller puis reverouiller le cadenas de la lourde grille du parking à chaque entrée et sortie. Ma chambre se situait au dessus de la réception et du parking et sur la rue où les voitures circulent et où les chiens aboient toute la nuit. La piscine qui semble jolie sur les photos avait tourné. Très décevant pour les 120 dollars encaissés dès l’arrivée.
