I selected the hotel based on location and reviews of how clean it was. The hotel met those expectations. The hotel exceeded expectations on service—we had a traveler with temperature sensitive medical supplies and the hotel not only answered all our questions upfront, they also went the extra mile to assure us of its safekeeping in their bigger refrigerator. We felt extremely comfortable with their handling, understanding and extra care they demonstrated. A feel good experience through and through. I would love to stay here again.
