"I had to ask several times for towel replacements and the dirty towels removed. I was waiting to shower until I received my towels. I asked for house keeping and never received it. I don’t recall the woman’s name at the front desk who took it upon herself to get me towels. She went above and beyond her duties to take care of that for me."

"Our room (1002) was really dated. But the view was beautiful"

"This property was dirty. The floor we stayed on smelled like weed. Guests were loud and a tour bus was idling in front of our room until midnight (very loud)."

"Room view was great! Beds were very comfortable. Charging stations available for rental EV. The ONE elevator was slow. Pool was a bit chilly. The music in the lobby was LOUD country and when asked to turn it down or off the staff refused. Also walked away from the desk and just let the phone ring and ring. "

"Best kept breakfast bar I’ve seen in a long time. Attendant was always making sure food fresh and everything clean. From was lively, clean and well appointed. Front staff was terrific to work with."
