"Spacious and clean house near the aquarium and USS Lexington. I really appreciated how well-stocked the house was: linens, cleaning supplies, kitchenware, etc. were all readily available allowing us to have a couple of meals there. North Beach is kinda hit-or-miss for swimming, but in 30 minutes or less you can be at some better options on Padre Island. Really easy to get ahold of the owner for checkin/checkout.Only minor quibble: there is no hot tub. There is a jetted tub (not working) in the main bedroom's bath. But even with that one note I'd be extremely happy to stay here again. "

"I rented this condo for 5 nights with 3 kids (17, 16, 11) for a baseball tournament in Portland-about a 10 minute drive. We went to dinner in Port Aransas one night which is about 30/40 minutes depending on where you’re going. There is beach access from the parking lot. If you don’t like the beaches on the bay, it is a quick drive to a multitude of beaches on the Gulf. The front desk receptionist was polite and quick at check-in. My son and his friend asked me to specifically mention the bathroom in this review-they loved it; it has a rain shower but can switch to a handheld shower head. The tallest kiddo is 6’ and fit just fine. The entire condo has been updated and is classy and comfortable. I was nervous about the size with 4 people but it never felt cramped. It was perfect for us. There’s plenty of space for sleeping with both a comfortable full sized bed and air mattress. The futon also folds out to make another bed. There are extra pillows and bedding for the air mattress and futon. It has a full refrigerator with an ice maker. The kitchen has a small counter with seating for 4 and a small 2 seater table in the family room. The kitchen is nicely stocked with cooking utensils, silverware, et all. The porch has a side view of the ocean with enough room for everyone to enjoy. Watching the waves roll in at night was beautiful. The host was lovely, very accommodating and quick with response times. We really enjoyed staying here and are already talking about going back."

"I was initially skeptical of the size of the space, but when we arrived the house was much bigger than expected and well maintained. The rest of the house was nicely decorated, rooms were large and spacious. Master bath was also spacious and updated with a large closet. The large deck was a great bonus for all of us and enjoyed sitting outside during the evening. The parking area under the house was large and spacious enough for my truck and another vehicle. The management team was always available by text which is something you don't get with other rentals. The bay side beach was within walking distance but didn't get to go because of our busy schedule. We definitely would rent this place again in the future and highly recommend it for anyone wanting a quiet space by the water. Thank you again to the management company for making our trip a pleasant one. "
