Perfect little cabin on the river. Very clean and supplied with everything we needed. The garage door that opened to the patio from the dining area was so nice. Check in and out was very easy. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area. Loved it!

My friend and I stayed at this lovely little cabin to see the fall colors. I can only say...what a great time we had! The hosts made sure everything you could possibly need was available for you. The property is very nice and well kept, the view from the kitchen window is incredible! Great place to stay and convenient to so many attractions that the area has to offer.

The cozy, riverside cabin dreams are made of!

We come here every summer to visit family in Lewis/Cortez. It's my wife and I and our 3 kids and this cabin was just what we needed. It feels bigger than it is. You can see the river flowing from your kitchen sink or can throw up the garage door that opens from the dining room and enjoy meals on the porch. Only a 5 minute drive to everything Dolores has to offer (be sure to check out The Depot, Dolores River Brewery, or Kelly's Kitchen)! Our hosts and the extra amentities were excellent as well. Will look to book here again when we come back!

Little cabin with Big stay power!

The cabin was perfect for my spouse, 17 yo daughter and dog. I loved reading next to the river and having space for my dog to play. The garage door wall of the kitchen opened up the space more and was great having all the fresh air. Kitchen was just right, the bedrooms and beds comfy too! We came up for a wedding and to detress without the fuss and this was a perfect spot. Town was a couple minutes away. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Golden Valley

This cabin sits in a beautiful river valley which was brimming with golden fall color when we were there. The location is convenient to Mesa Verde and sits just outside the town of Dolores, where one can grab some groceries or a bite to eat. The cabin had a very well stocked kitchen and other thoughtful items such as board games. The only negatives was the siting of the cabin quite close to the owner's home as well as some road noise. The river, however, right out the back door was a big bonus and great for those seeking fishing access. All in all a great choice!

Beautiful setting on the river.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is really a wonderful place to de-compress. There is lots to do in the area including the lower Dolores River, Telluride-the drive was terrific. Our dogs enjoyed the stay also.

Wonderful Stay

My friend and I stayed here for a week while exploring the area. We loved the atmosphere and unique layout, with the river in the back and the lovely patio area separated from the kitchen by a cool garage door. We had an enjoyable time at our lovely, spotless, accommodation. We appreciated the baskets of goodies that were provided, not only for us, but for our puppy as well. It was an extra special treat to be able to walk out the door and fish, and few small mouth bass and trout were caught, which was fun. We highly recommend the Dolores Cabin and its great location for exploring the area.

Great Location

Property was in a beautiful setting - in the country with a river in the back yard and mountains all around. We appreciated the pet friendly touches - food/water dishes and toys all provided. House was extremely clean and owners provided a number of thoughtful amenities. The location was perfect for visiting all the wonderful sites in the 4 corners area.
