Check in was easy, host was accessible and replied in a timely manner any time I had a question. Apartment was probably the cleanest I've had on Vrbo, and all appliances worked as they should. "After booking we used the Expedia message function to contact the host. The host never got back with any check in instructions. We also sent them a text message and got no response. We ended up standing in front of the property for 1 1/2 hours and spending 75 minutes on the phone with VRBO support. We eventually gave up and requested the booking to be canceled and booked a regular hotel instead."
