"The Deerfield Resort area is beautiful and we saw many deer almost every day. Andy, our host, was fantastic to work with. He was prompt in answering a question and went above and beyond if we needed anything:) Everything was clean and prepared when we arrived. We had our grand-kids with us and they loved playing and swimming off of the dock. All in all, we couldn't have asked for anything better.Evan and Maria"

"The house and pool were amazing!! The only thing I found odd was we had absolutely no towels. The grill also didn’t work which we found out after buying a 30 tank of propane. Everything else was great."

"What an incredible house, in an incredible location! The views were spectacular, and we were visited by a herd of deer daily. The house was exactly as described, and incredibly clean. The kitchen was stocked with lots of dishes, pots and pans for preparing meals. This was a perfect location, and a very relaxing vacation. We will definitely stay here again!"

"What a beautiful setting … and view of the lake from the deck! Interior was very clean! This is not the best place for seniors or those with disabilities, as the driveway is very steep, and getting to the front door from the parking area can be trying."

"The view was amazing. We didn’t get to spend a lot of time on the property because we were visiting family in the area and celebrated a high school graduation. We did walk the song bird trail which was conveniently across the street from the Clinch River Brewery. We did some antiquing in Clinton and visited the Appalachian Arts Craft Center. There is no shortage of activities in the area. The pool although we did not use it was lovely and clean. The Condo was clean , well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the terrace watching fish jump, boat launches and a variety of birds. It is a peaceful spot."
