何処へ行くにも便利な立地です。お部屋も清潔で、セパレート型のホテル内移動ＯＫの部屋着（パジャマ）が置いてあり便利でした。朝食は付けていなかったのですが、1階にコンビニがあるので困りませんでした。翌日琴電に乗るのも近くて便利です。ただ、夜遅くまで足音などでうるさかったです。
