"We had such a lovely 4 day stay! Anna Maria Vacations helped with all our needs, from the golf cart to grocery delivery. The location is perfection! Right at Bean point as well as a ocean front private area. We watched the manatees in the morning and dolphins in the evening from our balcony. The house beautiful and very clean. We will be back soon, just longer next time!"

"The house was very nice and a great location. However, the master bathroom does not have a door at all, which means absolutely no privacy. We did not like that. The beds could definitely be upgraded, at least adding a mattress topper. New pillows and bedding should also be considered. The listing says that beach equipment is not guaranteed, which implies it might be available. There was not any beach equipment provided (no chairs, wagon, cooler), which added an unexpected expense. The living area of the house is nice and we did really like the location."

"We were able to get in at the time they told us. The beach house was very clean. And very roomy. The four of us couples had more than enough chairs, beds, and kitchen supplies. There were seven bath towels there, which we didn’t even end up using some of themI’m not sure the ice maker was working, but there was ice cubes there when I got there. Someone thought the toilet off the master bedroom may have continued to run after we flushed it. But it only happened a couple times.We loved the place, especially the screened in porch overlooking the pool. And the pool was very clean. We had so much fun, we may rent it again next year."
