We left two jackets and the staff contacted us later that day and let us know that they would ship it to us, if we would like - I appreciated the honesty and integrity of the staff.

Clean but hot water problems

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and nice. Room had lamps only and all three of them had a bbulb out. Staff came and replaced them. First night water was barly warm for shower. Second night they called us when we returned to room that the hot water was out and would be two or three days before fixed.so.. no showers. We didnt stay the third night because of it and they said they would refund my money for that night. Its been two days and still no refund.
