"I always struggle when booking a hotel, because you never know what you're going to get, even after reading reviews. I was very happy with our stay! It has some outdated features, but they are renovating floor by floor and I'm sure it will look great, when finished! Everything was very clean. Our room was spacious and worked perfectly for us. My only complaint is the pillows—they go fully FLAT when you lie on them. Might as well not even have them. I was also awoken, constantly, by the AC turning on and off all night—but that's my fault... I should have set it to ON, not AUTO. The breakfast was phenomenal. There were the typical fixings, like a cereal bar, waffle maker, yogurt, muffins, and scrambled eggs... but also cold brew (and hot) coffee, oat milk, an excellent oatmeal bar, and delicious egg frittatas! It's amazing how just a couple additional perks in the breakfast bar elevate the whole experience. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but the area was very clean and it made me wish we'd have brought suits. The area felt very safe and secure. WILL stay again!"

"The young lady working the front desk was amazing! She was so very friendly and accommodating of our changing schedule. Our room was clean and spacious, the hot breakfast was slightly different each day and was well stocked, and all our encounters with staff were very pleasant."
