"The hotel may be part of the Hilton brand but it is very clear they are drawing this as an economy hotel. Upon entering to check in, the phone rang. Clerk didn't look up at me for over 5 minutes. Having a discussion with the caller about different rates. This went on for nearly 10 mins until another employee came back to the desk and reminded her to send to reservation line, reminding her that the guests in front of her are priority. Clerk 1 walked away, but we were helped by the other. The first room we got was not done being cleaned. Noted dirt and hair on floor, dirty linens in the room. Inquired with desk. They gave us a different room which was much nicer. I want to applaud the desk staff that helped us get to our new room and was very pleasant to work with. (Tasha). Few things about the details: ice bucket was a plastic pail not much bigger than a margarine tub. No drinking cups in the room at all. Four kleenexes in the box, then it was empty. There was dirt behind the bathroom door. They were low on keys so we only got one per room. Very nice desk, but no chair. Overall, All small things but signify this is definitely a distinct difference from the usual Hilton properties. We knew this but it surprised us at how many things showed it. All said, we felt like this was a recently opened hotel with some kinks to work out and a bit of training needed for staff. We would still try this property again and would recommend it with caution."

"We had the pleasure of staying in Glendive for a catfish tournament, and we found the location to be absolutely ideal. It truly is an excellent place for a weekend getaway. The house was impeccably clean, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We are hopeful that we will have the opportunity to stay there again next year."
