Villa Lucia is located in a small town of Hlapa on the northeast part of the island of Krk, the largest island on the Adriatic coast. The villa has 156 m2 residential area on the property of 960 m2 surrounded by lush vegetation and scents of Mediterranean herbs, ideal place that will provide you unforgettable holiday in a perfect newly built villa. Nearby are the towns Krk, Vrbnik, Baska, Punat, famous for its beautiful beaches, traditionally prepared meals and top quality wines.



The villa consists of three bedrooms, each room has a double bed, two bathrooms with shower, a modern kitchen with a dining area and a comfortable living room with a fireplace for lovers of cold Mediterranean nights.



Within the villa there is a swimming pool of 25 m2, richly decorated terrace and barbecue where you can enjoy with family and friends in the treasures of the Kvarner paradise.

Der Aufenthalt in Vedranas und Tihomirs Haus war ein Erlebnis der besonderen Art. Das Anwesen, der Pool und das Haus ließen keine Wünsche übrig. Wir hatten viel Platz, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und eine sehr gemütliche Einrichtung , die zu unserem Wohlbefinden beitrugen. Ungewöhnlich war auch die Tatsache, dass wir drei Fernsehgeräte mit Netflix, HBO und Satellitenfernsehen und Wlan-Lautsprecher zur Verfügung hatten.Besonders nett war der Kontakt zu Vedrana und Tihomir, die uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen ablasen und die uns mit Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurantbesuche versorgten.Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, dafür hatten wir absolute Ruhe von früh bis spät. Wer Exklusivität und Abgeschiedenheit liebt, ist hier goldrichtig.

Wir hatten viel Platz, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und eine sehr gemütliche Einrichtung , die zu unserem Wohlbefinden beitrugen.
