"Pros: Wir waren mit der Unterkunft äußerst zufrieden. "Pros: Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Die Aufteilung der Räume sind perfekt. Der Fahrstuhl ist ein Segen. Cons: Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Der Lüfter im Bad müsste gesäubert werden, da er schlecht , eigentlich garnicht funktioniert hat. Der TV ist nicht sehr gut, aber braucht man evtl im Urlaub auch nicht. Was überhaupt nicht gut war , das der Mieter neben an in der Wohnung von 22-6-7 Uhr morgens laut Fernsehen geguckt hat , rum gebrüllt hat...

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel, with the pool and spa area being the real highlight. The indoor/ outdoor pools were lovely, and the surrounding gardens were beautiful. Our room was nice, and the dinner staff were friendly. We had an evening meal at the hotel and enjoyed it. We did find the cost of the meal quite expensive, but there are limited restaurant options nearby. One thing we did feel was disappointing was the cost of breakfast. Given the price of the hotel, we felt breakfast should have been included rather than charged separately. As it was quite expensive, we decided not to have breakfast there. Unfortunately, our main negative was the check-in experience. The blonde lady who checked us in was extremely rude and provided very little information. We felt as though we were an inconvenience to her. Having travelled a long distance, we were both excited and looking forward to our stay, so it was disappointing to receive such an unfriendly welcome.The lady who checked us out was much more helpful and explained areas of the hotel that we hadn’t known about and probably should have been told about at check-in.I wish I had taken the name of the lady who checked us in, as it really did put a dampener on our arrival. Having since read other reviews mentioning similar experience, I wonder if it may have been the same member of staff.Later in the day after check out we handed back a key at reception and it was the blonde woman, she kept us waiting before she dealt with us."

"The newly renovated hotel was beautiful, and quiet. The whole stay from check-in to check out was an elevated experience.. We enjoyed the expansive spa with its multiple saunas, soaking pool, steam room and treatments, and returned several times during our stay. The rooms were comfortable, well appointed and spacious. Their rooftop bar at sunset was great, fun vibes and what a magnificent view. We hope to be able to return here again in the future and enjoy all the amenities offered at this fine establishment."
