"Our booking confirmation said that there were 4 beds included. Even though I had this on paper they denied this was the case. So I even ended up having to pay for an extra bed. It is NOT ok to advertise and confirm a service that is then not included and they charge extra. There was a lot of noise from the street until late night and early morning. Overall a very unpleasant stay."

"We never got a mail with checkin procedures, as per stated in the confirmation mail from Expedia, and the hotel didn't respond to our attempt to contact them, so we had to book a different hotel, but we were still charged for the stay in full. Horrible customer un-service. Never again."

Pool, Whirlpool, Sauna, Kicker, Billard, Dart, Tischtennisplatte, großer Hof mit Spielgeräten und einem Kamin.Es ist schön etwas in die Jahre gekommen und eine Grundreinigung durch eine Firma alle viertel Jahre würde ich persönlich empfehlen. "Baby crib did not have a mattress, we were provided a few smelly blankets, one of them with yellow spots. No black out curtains, which made sleeping during the summer very difficult. The floor carpet seemed very old and difficult to clean. No air conditioner. However, the staff was friendly and the location and view were beautiful. We this it was a bit overpriced. "
