Prestations moyennes

La villa pourrait être très bien mais elle est peu entretenue, le ménage était plutôt limité. Quand vous arrivez sur un lieu de vacances et que vous devez récurer par exemple l'annexe inhabitable en l'état, les transats de la piscine... Pour la remise des clés (arrivée et retour), le concierge était à chaque fois absent. Bref, plutôt mauvais rapport qualité/prix.

Séjour au calme

Très très bon séjour dans votre villa. Nous avons passé un moment en famille au calme. Très bon emplacement de la maison. Nous avons facilement trouvé grâce au plan qui nous avait été envoyé avant notre séjour. Maison très bien pour accueillir une famille avec enfants. La piscine est très propre et agréable et en plus sécurisée grâce à la grille. Nous sommes tous ravis de nos vacances à Djerba dans cette maison.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön. Leider hatten wir jedoch einige Probleme mit dem Hausmeister. Objekt war bei unserer Anreise nicht gereinigt (laut Aussage Hausmeister hätte er es vorher gereinigt), zwei Klimaanlagen defekt und wir mussten auf den Hausmeister (trotz Anruf) für die Schlüsselübergabe längere Zeit warten. Klimaanlage wurde erst am 3. Tag repariert. Hatten das Objekt für 8 Personen gemietet, es waren aber nur 6 Betten mit Bettwäsche versehen. Hausmeister war der Meinung wir hätten nur für 6 Personen gebucht und mit meinem Mann (Tunesier) darüber sehr laut stark diskutiert. Erst als wir ihm den Vertrag zeigten, zeigte auch er Einsicht. Frauen wurden von ihm grundsätzlich nicht begrüßt, was mir so zum ersten Mal passiert ist. Ich hoffe die Besitzer des Objektes wechseln den Hausmeister, damit alle Gäste das sehr schöne Objekt genießen können.

Komplett eingerichtetes Häuschen in der Nähe vom Strand

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum ersten Mal hier und können uns nur positiv äußern. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappt hervorragend; alles sehr zuverlässig. Das Häuschen an sich ist gut geeignet für einige Personen durch einen großen Außenbereich. Es war bei der Ankunft alles sauber und auch der Garten gepflegt. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet und für alles in Küche und Badezimmern gesorgt. Wir haben eine neue Lampe im Badezimmer gebraucht, die uns am selben Tag vom Verwalter vorbeigebracht wurde. Dieser hatte leider vor der Übergabe vergessen, die Gasflasche zu wechseln, sodass wir am ersten Abend kein Gas zum Kochen hatten. Man konnte Gas aber überall in der Nähe für wenig Geld selbst besorgen. Es gab außerdem ein Problem mit der Pumpe im Schwimmbad, sodass dieses während unseres Aufenthalts nicht nutzbar war. Darüber wurden wir aber bereits vor unserer Ankunft informiert. Das Meer ist in 10min zu Fuß erreichbar und auch Ende Oktober noch warm genug zum Schwimmen. Das Haus ist in einer sehr ruhigen, kleinen Straße gelegen. Man hat nur 2 Nachbarn und ist somit ungestört. Wenn man ein Tierfrund ist, hat man gleich noch 4 nette Katzen bei der Unterkunft dabei. Diese scheinen an das Haus und die Mieter sehr gewöhnt zu sein. Alles in allem... eine sehr gute Unterkunft zu einem fairen Preis. Danke dafür

Maison très agréable à vivre ...

Nous y avons séjourné en famille durant deux semaines. Tout est réuni pour qu'on s'y sente bien comme chez nous ! On n'a manqué de rien. On a bien apprécié la piscine, le barbecue... Le voisinage discret, à proximité d'une épicerie, d'un petit restaurant "Aladin" et pour les activités quad..... Il y a ce qu'il faut ! À recommander pour y passer de belles vacances. On remercie Mr.J qui est sur place et très disponible.

Très bon Séjour et Tranquilité

2 ème séjour dans cette agréable maison Djerbienne que nous avons encore mieux apprécié. Cette maison est entièrement équipée et propre, et, encore mieux, depuis notre dernier séjour, puisqu'elle est équipée d'une petite piscine avec jacuzzi à l'arrière de la maison et sécurisée, chambres et salle de bain agréables, salon séjour avec cuisine américaine( le tout bien équipé). Cette maison est dans un quartier très calme Facile d'accès et à proximité de Midoun (3 kms) avec un taxi pour 3 dinars, et pour vous rendre à Houmt Souk, vous pouvez également prendre le bus (1,20 dinars) toute les heures devant l'hôtel Dar Djerba à 200 mètres. Egalement la petite épicerie (très pratique) ainsi que le restaurant Aladin (propre) ou vous pouvez manger des plats du jour, grillades, poisson, etc.. pour un prix modique. Merci au Propriétaire ainsi qu'au correspondant local et Marouane.

"Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison fraîche (pour notre plus grand plaisir en plein mois d''août !) et agréable à vivre au quotidien pour une famille de 5 personnes. L''équipement est complet. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse, sous la pergola naturelle le soir avec une douce brise et les enfants, la piscine qui bien que petite est parfaite pour se rafraîchir. Une belle plage municipale se trouve à 20 minutes à pieds si on ne souhaite pas aller sur les plages des hôtels à proximité. A conseiller pour découvrir l''île différemment. Bon contact avec le propriétaire, réservé avec le correspondant local..."
