A great experience is a visit to a crocodile farm, horse riding and quad biking. The sea is very warm and turquoise. The locals are kind people. Fruits and vegetables withous chemicals are just super. We recommend booking this villa with all amenities. The owner of the villa is a pleasant and good-natured woman! Recommended.

We had a fairly good stay up until the end.There was an issue with cockroaches at the property.I would of overlooked this if Anne-Laure hadn't been so rude at the end of the stay. When asking for spray for cockroaches, she replied that I should buy spray from the supermarket.She requested a deposit for the duration of our stay. She was rude at the end when it was requested back. Despite the property being left cleaner than received. She also had complained about me messaging her about some issues when the owner wasn't present at the property. Almost saying I should give her the deposit for that reason. Her attitude ruined the stay. I wouldn't recommend staying here as a result. I have photos to show I left the property in a good state.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Leider lag das Apartment jedoch in einer Wohngegend, die mir – als Latina mit langen, blonden Locken und junger Mutter – etwas unsicher erschien. Mein Mann, der bereits eine Woche zuvor auf Djerba war, hat die Schlüssel für mich abgeholt und sich vor Ort ein Bild gemacht. Da ihm die Umgebung für mich und unsere kleine Tochter nicht geeignet erschien, hat er uns kurzerhand in einem Hotel untergebracht.Die Wohnung selbst machte einen gepflegten Eindruck, allerdings war die Lage für uns persönlich nicht ideal. Mein Mann, Tunesier – ehemaliger Polizist auf Djerba – wollte uns in seiner Abwesenheit gut aufgehoben wissen, während er sich um Bauarbeiten in unserem Eigenheim kümmern musste. Daher haben wir uns schweren Herzens gegen den Aufenthalt im Apartment entschieden.Für Reisende, die mit der Umgebung vertrauter sind, kann die Unterkunft sicher eine gute Option sein – für uns passte sie leider nicht ganz.

L'hébergement est vivement recommandé. Chaque chambre est équipée de la climatisation et de ventilateurs. Le réfrigérateur et les appareils électroménagers fonctionnent parfaitement. À quelques mètres, vous trouverez des boutiques, un coiffeur et de bons commerces. L'hôtesse est très sympathique et prend soin de ses hôtes pour leur entière satisfaction. Appartement conforme a la description. Ideal pour un couple. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut . Literie ultra confortable, climatisation efficace. Situé dans un quartier populaire à 7 minutes en taxi ( toujours dispo ) des plages de Sidi Mahrez, 7 minutes du Bourgho Mall ( géant pour les courses et magasins avec la Pâtisserie " Gourmandise" où les brunchs, patisseries et jus de fruits frais sont a tomber ...) 5 minutes en taxi du centre de Midoun. Eric, le propriétaire qui habite le RDC est adorable, toujours prêt à rendre service , discuter et à partager ses bonnes adresses. Très a l'ecoute et très réactif. Anne-Laure est très réactive , excellente communication, nous a accueilli avec une grande gentillesse et une grande disponibilité malgré notre arrivée tardive. Elle nous a aussi recommandé de très bonnes adresses .Mention speciale au restaurant" chez Catherine et Neji" avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix et une equipe efficace et tres sympa. Anne-Laure s'est montrée attentive a notre bien-être et attentionnée. Un grand merci . Habitués a Djerba depuis 20 ans, dans différents hotels, nous avons decouverts une autre facette de Midoun avec cette location. Une expérience différente, de belles rencontres et du soleil plein la tête. A bientôt Djerba

Très agréable séjour

L'appartement est situé en ville, à proximité des commerces et à trois kilomètres environ de la zone touristique et de la mer que l'on rejoint facilement à pied ou en taxi. Situé au 1er étage et doté d'une terrasse et de tous les équipements, il est parfait pour un couple qui apprécie un séjour au calme. La télévision par satellite permet de regarder toutes les chaines françaises. L'accueil par Anne-Laure est chaleureux, attentif et de bon conseil. Nous recommandons particulièrement cette très bonne adresse !
