"The lady who showed me around: Is the moment. Very Valentina from White Lotus season 2. Her impression of people guzzling alcohol was incredible, and the pirouette she did with room spray was iconic. Her character gives the place character. "I booked this property based on the pictures attached on expedia, once i checked in and enter my room i found the room completely different it is not the same pictures on expedia, i complained at the reception about it and they said all our rooms are the same one you have, i showed them the pictures on expedia and they were surprised and told me that they will check with the owner, but nothing happened. This is a fraud, and don't book this hotel."

"Excellent arrival. Immediately allowed to go have breakfast as we arrived early and our room wasn’t ready. Was super impressed with their customer service and didn’t take too long for our rooms to be ready. Entertainment staff were great and lots of activities. Expedia app advertised a hot tub but they didn’t have one - that was disappointing, but overall great experience."
